Transparent Communication is a powerful way to fully experience "Presence" and express it within an intrapersonal, interpersonal and transpersonal context.

The session includes various meditations, and practices to experience Presence within and to finetune your awareness of your body-mind;  sharing of the “we” space; as well as opportunities to simply rest in the transpersonal space in which we move and breathe and have our being.
 
We had a great turnout for the April 27 Practice Group. A beautiful depth was created within and with each other. The energy generated and exchanged was palpable. We hope you will join in creating this and so much more!
