Bio

I am a licensed naturopathic physician, educator, and wilderness guide currently living in Bellingham, WA. I am the founder of Vital Medicine, an integral medicine clinic and educational center, and adjunct faculty in Bastyr University’s Naturopathic Medicine and Counseling and Health Psychology departments. While finishing my doctorate at Bastyr University, I also completed Pacific Integral’s 18-month leadership development program, Generating Transformative Change, where I have also served as an alumni mentor. Through Vital Medicine I offer a variety of educational programs for the general public, continuing education for health practitioners, and transformative wilderness journeys. My private practice specialties include integral health coaching & consulting, mind-body medicine, counseling, biofeedback, and craniosacral therapy.
