Bio

I'm a Vancouver-based people and organization development consultant who's passionate about human development and well-being. Having served corporate, government and not-for-profit clients for more than 25 years, my key focus is on integrated talent management, including such areas as employee engagement, learning & development, leadership development, performance development, change management, and employee communications.

An avid student of integral theory and dedicated Integral Life Practice (ILP) practitioner, I've completed the first year of the Master's of Integral Theory program at John F. Kennedy University as well as participated in the Integral Incubator at Boulder Integral Centre. In 2010, I was honoured to receive the Integral Life Award from Integral Institute and JFKU, in recognition of my efforts to embody integral life practices in my own life and to incorporate integral theory and integral life practices into my work with clients.

Mom to a lively 9-year-old son, I especially enjoy running, yoga, weight-training and any activity where I can be outdoors moving and connecting to Spirit through nature (hiking, skiing, cycling, kayaking)! In addition to my love for family and close friends, I'm also a keen film-goer and reader. My service efforts are focused around children's learning, development, and well-being.
